For the first time in the history of South African football, Kaizer Chiefs has three players from the Vaal in its first team.
This occurred after the Premier Soccer League team promoted another youngster, namely Sabelo “Bibo” Radebe. Radebe said that his promotion to Kaizer Chiefs is a dream becoming a reality since he grew up at the club’s development.
He was recruited to Kaizer Chiefs development by Coach Kenneth “Conti” Kubheka, and explained how overwhelmed and grateful he was for the opportunity.
