According to Health Minister Zweli Mkhize, 1.1 million South Africans will be vaccinated against COVID-19 by the end of March. The minister broke these news at the National Council of Provinces on South Africa’s roll out strategy.
Meanwhile, the Health Department has reported 144 additional Covid-19 related deaths, taking the cumulative number of SA’s deaths toll to 49 667. A total of 1 676 new Covid-19 cases were recorded in the past 24 hours.
